STEP 1

We Get To Know You

Once we receive your initial inquiry, a franchise development representative will contact you personally to conduct a short, informal telephone interview. After this conversation, a franchise package will be mailed to you containing a Request for Consideration Form. Completing the form does not obligate you to purchase a franchise.

Upon receiving your completed Request for Consideration, a franchise development representative will follow up with you to discuss any questions you may have. At that time, we will request that you complete the SBA413 Personal Financial Statement (our financial qualification form) and fax it to our Corporate Headquarters at (888) 466-6946.

STEP 2

You Get To Know Us

If you qualify, you will be invited to a "Discovery Day" at our Corporate Headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. This is your chance to see for yourself what the Geeks On Call® opportunity is all about.

While you are here, you will meet with senior management and other key members of our team, witness our central dispatch and support operations firsthand, review our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC), ask questions, and see if joining the Geeks On Call network is right for you. This open, interactive program allows us to get to know one another, and provides the venue for the formal approval of candidates for our franchising concept.

STEP 3

Franchise Agreement

Your franchise agreement, when signed by both parties, defines your territory and spells out the terms of our relationship. Once both parties have approved the agreement, you can start the process of opening your Geeks On Call franchised territory!

STEP 4

Geek University

After your franchise agreement has been signed, you will attend "Geek University," which is a weeklong franchisee training held at our world headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. This comprehensive training program will take you through every facet of the business. In addition, we provide extensive field training within your franchised territory. With the guidance of your regional manager, you will establish a marketing plan to assist in the development of your franchise.

STEP 5

Grand Opening

You will work closely with our training and operations-support teams to ensure that all personnel, advertising, inventory, and supplies are in place prior to opening your franchised territory.

Also, you will work directly with your regional manager to execute an accelerated field-marketing plan to build your customer base and gain market share quickly and effectively.

STEP 6

Ongoing Support

The training doesn't end after your grand opening. We supply unparalleled sales and operations assistance whenever you need it. From providing sales coaching for your staff to helping you with your financial and operational issues, our seasoned team of problem solvers ensures that the support you need is always a toll-free phone call or e-mail away.

Also, ongoing training is available year round in several forms: regional meetings; audio, video, and computer-based instructional tools; and in-person, one-on-one visits from our highly trained staff of field consultants.
